Centa Real Estate is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to tenants inhabiting properties managed by our firm. If you are facing a problem that requires maintenance support, fill out our Maintenance Request Form and we will ensure someone responds to you within 24 hours.
If your request for maintenance is an ‘after hour’ emergency, please contact us at 613 234- 8034, and you will be prompted by our automatic answering service to reach an on-call Property Manager who will manage the emergency.
Our Policies Regarding Property Maintenance In Ottawa
Properties by their nature will experience problems from time to time. Our owners are interested in keeping the property in good repair. We will do our very best to keep the properties fully operational and in good condition. Use our Maintenance Request Form to submit request for work order any time of day online. One of our team members will respond to you within 3 business days. All maintenance requests will have to be approved by the property manager for your property.

As a property owner, you can rest knowing we are looking after your property 24-hours a day. Emergency calls are promptly forwarded to a Property Manager and maintenance personnel, ensuring any issues with your property are resolved promptly and properly.
